How to Cancel Your Flight Booking

Cancellation outcomes depend on fare rules and timing.

Before ticketing

Unpaid or unverified holds can usually be abandoned without charge. Incomplete checkout sessions expire automatically.

After ticketing

1. Open My Bookings and select Cancel.
2. Review estimated refund or credit per fare rules.
3. Confirm cancellation; agent submits to airline.

Non-refundable tickets

You may receive airline credit valid 12 months from booking or original travel date—carrier rules apply. Taxes on unused segments may be refundable in some jurisdictions.
