Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: July 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flitura website, mobile applications, and booking services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy.

1. About Flitura

Flitura is a licensed online travel agency (OTA) that searches and books air travel on your behalf. We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, GDS providers, and payment processors. Your contract for transportation is with the operating carrier once your ticket is issued.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to book.
  • Information you provide must be accurate, especially passenger names matching government ID.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, or violation of airline rules.

3. Search Results and Fares

Fares displayed during search are dynamic and subject to availability until payment is confirmed and a ticket is issued. Published fares, private/consolidator fares, and web-only fares may have different rules. Taxes, carrier surcharges, and agency service fees are shown before checkout where applicable.

Price changes

If the fare increases between selection and payment authorization, we will notify you and request re-confirmation. You may cancel without charge if you do not accept the new price.

4. Booking Confirmation and Ticketing

  • A booking reference (PNR) may be created before ticketing for agency-verified fares.
  • Your reservation is not guaranteed until an e-ticket number is issued and payment clears.
  • Confirmation emails include itinerary, fare rules summary, and check-in instructions.
  • Name changes after ticketing are generally not permitted; cancellations may apply instead.

5. Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant partners. Currency conversion, if applicable, is handled by your card issuer. Agency service fees are disclosed at checkout and may be non-refundable even when airline refunds apply.

6. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Airline fare rules govern change and refund eligibility. Flitura may charge an administrative fee for processing changes or cancellations in addition to airline penalties. Refund timelines depend on the carrier and payment method—typically 7–21 business days after airline approval.

7. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

You are solely responsible for passports, visas, ESTA/ETA, health certificates, and transit permissions. Flitura does not guarantee entry to any country. Check government advisories before travel.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flitura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from carrier delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or force majeure. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the agency fees paid to us for that booking.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through our support team; unresolved matters may be submitted to binding arbitration in Polk County, Iowa unless prohibited by local consumer law.
