2. Bookings and Reservations

Flitura acts as an intermediary between you and the travel service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). When you book through us, you enter into a direct contract with the provider.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to availability and can change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed. We accept major credit cards and process payments securely via our payment gateway partners.

4. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellations are subject to the specific rules of the travel provider. In addition to any provider fees, Flitura may charge an administrative fee for processing cancellations or changes.

5. Agency Fees

Flitura charges a non-refundable agency service fee for facilitating bookings, changes, and cancellations. These fees range from $0 to $250 depending on the complexity of the route and class of service.
