- Account details: name, email, phone, password (hashed).
- Booking data: passenger names, dates of birth, loyalty numbers, special requests.
- Payment: card type, last four digits, billing address (full PAN handled by processors).
- Support communications: chat logs, call recordings where permitted, email threads.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser type, IP address, approximate location.
- Search history, click paths, session duration, referral source.
- Cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, and fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process bookings, issue tickets, and provide post-ticketing support.
- Send transactional emails (confirmations, schedule changes, receipts).
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Improve search relevance, pricing display, and site performance.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, aviation security, law enforcement requests).
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We share data with airlines, GDS providers, payment processors, cloud hosting, customer support tools, and analytics vendors under contractual safeguards. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose data when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for at least seven years for regulatory and accounting purposes. Marketing preferences and inactive account data may be deleted sooner upon request where legally permitted.
