Refund options

Your refund eligibility depends on the type of ticket you purchased and the airline's policy.

Basic Economy Tickets

Typically non-refundable. If you cancel, you may not receive any money back unless the airline cancels the flight or there are significant schedule changes.

Main Cabin & Flexible Tickets

These tickets are often refundable for a fee, or you may receive a travel credit (voucher) for future use. The exact amount depends on how close to departure you cancel.

Airline Cancellations

If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method, regardless of your ticket type.
