Flitura is an online travel agency (OTA) that helps you search and book flights worldwide. We combine automated GDS search with expert travel agents who verify complex and consolidator fares before your card is charged.
Search technology
When you search, our TravoSuite engine queries global distribution systems (GDS), airline direct connects, and selected low-cost carrier feeds. Results are ranked by price, duration, and quality score. Round-trip bundles group compatible outbound and return flights to reduce decision fatigue.
Types of fares
- Published fares — Standard airline tariffs with defined change/refund rules.
- Consolidator / private fares — Discounted inventory with agency verification before ticketing.
- Web-only fares — Special offers available through online channels only.
Booking flow
- Search — Enter origin, destination, dates, and passengers.
- Select — Review options; check baggage, stops, and fare rules.
- Passenger details — Names must match passport/ID exactly.
- Payment — Secure checkout; incomplete bookings are saved if you leave mid-flow.
- Confirmation — E-ticket and PNR sent by email; manage in My Bookings.
After booking
Our support team assists with changes, cancellations, schedule disruptions, and refund requests. Add Disruption Protection at checkout for enhanced rebooking support on eligible routes.
