Check-in services

Updated July 20265 min read

Check-in confirms your seat and generates a boarding pass. Requirements vary by airline and route.

Online check-in windows

  • Domestic: usually opens 24 hours before departure.
  • International: often 24–48 hours before departure.
  • Some low-cost carriers charge for airport check-in—use online when possible.

How to check in

Use the airline website or app with the airline confirmation code from your Flitura email (may differ from your Flitura booking ID). Enter passport details for international flights.

Automated check-in (Flitura add-on)

When purchased, we check you in as soon as the window opens and email boarding passes. Available on select carriers; not offered where airlines require in-person document verification.

Airport check-in

Arrive early: 3 hours for international, 2 hours for domestic. Have ID, visa documents, and baggage allowance confirmed. Some fares require counter check-in for checked bags even after online check-in.

Common issues

Seat assignment failures, APIS errors, or visa checks may require airline counter assistance. Contact Flitura chat if you cannot complete online check-in—we will guide you to the correct airline portal.
