How It Works
- Add Disruption Protection at checkout or within 24 hours of booking (eligible fares only).
- If a disruption occurs, contact us via chat or phone with your PNR.
- Our agents monitor airline systems and proactively reach out on major schedule changes when possible.
- Claims are processed per program terms; airline refunds still follow carrier timelines.
Exclusions
Acts of war, pandemic travel bans, and passenger no-shows are excluded. Protection does not replace travel insurance for medical emergencies or trip cancellation for personal reasons—consider comprehensive insurance for those needs.
