Agency Status

Flitura acts as a travel agent, not as an air carrier. Transportation services are provided by the operating airline under its contract of carriage (tariff). We are not responsible for acts or omissions of carriers, airports, or government authorities.

US DOT Disclosure

For US consumers: you have the right to cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund if the booking was made at least seven days before departure, subject to DOT regulations and fare type. See your confirmation email for eligibility.

Whistleblowing

Employees and partners may report concerns about fraud, bribery, or regulatory violations confidentially at whistleblower@flitura.com. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited.

Taxes and Fees

Displayed prices include mandatory taxes and surcharges where required by law. Optional services (seat selection, bags, insurance) are itemized at checkout. Agency service fees are separate from airline charges and appear before payment.

Intellectual Property Notices

Airline names, logos, and flight numbers are trademarks of their respective owners. GDS marks belong to Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport where applicable.
