How does Price Drop Shield work with non-refundable tickets?

Price Drop Shield credits fare decreases on the same itinerary—it does not change your ticket refundability. Your original fare rules still apply for cancellations.

Can I use Edge benefits on partner airline bookings?

Yes, when the ticket is issued through Flitura. Benefits that depend on flight tracking (delay payout) require the operating carrier to share status data.
